Summary

Parem Igrahal's batarian collective was originally spawned as a radical offshoot of the pro-batarian union Khar'shan Abroad. Thinking peaceful advocacy ineffective, the collective became associated with violent demands for batarian cultural freedoms, such as slavery, outside their home sector. While the collective does not prevent other races to live and operate within their territories, they do not extend employment or membership to non-batarians. The collective maintains ties to Khar'shan Abroad in an undeclared capacity.
