Summary

Parem Igrahal was the shrewd leader of a batarian collective in control of the Mazat and Fumi Districts on Omega. She had a long and complex history with Aria, textured by periods of both peace and conflict. On Nevos in the 2030s, Parem was a member of the prospective Ta'balor constorium, being the cousin of Ta'balor's CEO, Carlak Omsohan. She denounced Aria's self-interested conduct before the consortium was hijacked by the asari matriarchy.

In 2081, Parem responded to the murder of one of Aria's lieutenants in her territory by inviting Aria to join a collaborative investigation, in the interest of preserving peace between their factions.
